A two-tier cake, with both tiers made of sponge. Covered with marzipan and caramel coloured icing, the cake is trimmed with cream ribbon and topped with an arrangement of bright pink roses and small cream flowers. The top tier is piped with a bead design resembling the drops of a crystal chandelier. The bottom tier piped with a small three bead random design.
