A three-tier cake , with the bottom tier a fruit cake and the two above sponge. Covered with marzipan and white icing, this cake is decorated with a white free-flowing iced design of flowers and leaves, with the centres of the flowers being set with silver dragees. The cake is finished with an arrangement of white silk lilies and roses.
