A stunning three-tier cake, with the bottom tier being fruit cake and the others sponge. Covered with marzipan and ivory icing, this cake is decorated with a ‘quilted’ pattern and set with individual small diamante stones on the top and bottom tiers. It is trimmed with wide burgundy ribbon and dusky pink handmade sugar flowers. I have to say the photograph really does not do the cake justice. This cake gave an amazing sparkle when the diamantes caught the light.
